- Payment gateway fees
- Razorpay charges its own fee on each online payment, from your Razorpay account.
- Your domain name
- You buy and renew your domain (like yourbrand.com) with any domain provider.
- Shipping
- Courier charges are paid to your courier or shipping partner.
- WhatsApp messages
- If you send WhatsApp campaigns, Meta charges for business messages on your WhatsApp account.

Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. Online payments go straight to your own Razorpay account, and only Razorpay's standard fee applies.
Are any features locked to higher plans?
No. Every Online Store includes every feature on the Features page.
Are early-access fees refundable?
No. Early-access fees are not refundable. Our team confirms the fee and what it covers with you before you pay.
Can I use CashbackDesk with Online Store?
Yes. They're separate products, and you can use either one or both.
