1. Platform Overview

Progressra provides a multi-tenant storefront infrastructure enabling merchants to:

  • Deploy and manage independent online storefront configurations
  • Fulfill digital and physical orders directly to their buyers
  • Connect personal payment integration (Razorpay) and SMTP accounts
  • Access dashboard statistics, logs, and user support records

2. Account Security

  • You must provide accurate profile parameters during registration
  • You are responsible for keeping dashboard logins secure
  • Sharing access credentials with unauthorized external users is prohibited

3. Seller Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • Product catalog parameters and quality compliance
  • Pricing, returns, refunds, and support inquiry responses
  • Adhering to direct consumer laws and digital distribution rules

Progressra is not a counterparty to transactions processed between you and your buyers.

4. Payments & Direct Settlements

All payments process through your configured Razorpay gateway. Funds land directly in your merchant bank account according to your agreement with the gateway provider.

Progressra does not touch, manage, or reserve merchant payout capital at any point.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from using Progressra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
