1. Platform Overview

Progressra provides a multi-tenant cloud infrastructure that allows independent merchants to:

• Deploy and host independent online storefronts
• Distribute Physical & Digital products securely
• Integrate proprietary Payment Gateways (Razorpay) and SMTP services
• Access automated order management and business intelligence tools

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share login credentials

3. Seller Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

• Products and content you sell
• Pricing, delivery, refunds, and disputes
• Compliance with applicable laws (GST, consumer protection, digital goods laws)
• Customer communication and support

Progressra is not a party to transactions between you and your customers.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via your connected Razorpay account
• Funds are transferred directly to you
• Progressra does not hold or control your money
• Any payment gateway fees are your responsibility

5. Acceptable Use Policy

To ensure platform stability, merchants must adhere to the following:

• Digital Goods: All digital assets must be hosted within the provided limits. Redistribution of pirated content is strictly prohibited.
• API Limits: Excessive automated requests intended to strain our infrastructure may result in temporary throttling.
• Compliance: Merchants must not sell items prohibited under Indian Law or Razorpay's Restricted Businesses list.

Progressra reserves the right to suspend any store found in violation of these safety standards.

6. Platform Availability

• We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance or updates may cause temporary downtime

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Illegal or abusive activity is detected
• Required by law

You may close your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Progressra shall not be liable for:

• Loss of sales, revenue, or data
• Customer disputes
• Payment gateway issues
• Third-party service failures

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

• Progressra owns the platform, branding, and software
• You retain ownership of your content and data
• You grant us permission to display your store content for platform functionality

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
