1. Platform Fees & Subscriptions

Progressra provides software services (SaaS) to help sellers build and manage their online stores.

  • SaaS Subscriptions: All subscription fees paid to Progressra are non-refundable. We encourage users to utilize the 14-day free trial to evaluate the platform.
  • No Partial Refunds: Once a plan is activated, refunds will not be issued for partial usage or early cancellation.
  • Downgrades: In case of a plan downgrade, the remaining balance will be adjusted as credit for future billing cycles rather than a cash refund.

2. Seller Product Refunds

Progressra is an infrastructure provider and does not control refunds for products sold by independent merchants on the platform.

  • Responsibility: All product-related refunds, returns, and disputes are handled directly by the merchant.
  • Digital Goods: For digital products, since access is granted immediately, merchants typically operate on a non-refundable basis unless a technical fault is proven.
  • Direct Contact: Customers must contact the merchant's support email provided in the order confirmation to initiate a refund request.

Progressra does not hold customer funds and cannot facilitate chargebacks or direct refunds on behalf of merchants.

3. Payment Gateway Fees

  • Payment gateway charges (e.g., Razorpay fees) are non-refundable
  • Any taxes or third-party charges are not eligible for refunds

4. Account Termination

If your account is terminated:

  • No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods
  • You may access your data as per platform policies before closure

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment is made
  • A technical error occurs directly due to Progressra

Such cases will be reviewed individually.
