Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments to Progressra are final. We don't offer refunds, for used or unused points, for any reason, including when an account is closed. Because points never expire while your account is open, you can always use them later.

• Points you buy can't be refunded, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• Please check the amount before you pay. Recharges start at ₹100, so you can begin small.
• Unused points stay in your wallet for as long as your account is open.

• One point is used each time a buyer submits a claim through your card.
• Points used on claims aren't returned, whether you approve, reject, void or dispute the claim, and whether or not the buyer's order is returned.
• A repeat claim for an order ID that has already been claimed is blocked before any point is used.

The 5 free points for new accounts and any Refer & Earn points are promotional. They have no cash value and can't be refunded.

If money leaves your account but points don't appear in your wallet, email contact.progressra@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with the payment ID and the date of payment. We'll check it with our payment partner and credit your points once the payment is confirmed.

A payment that fails at your bank or payment app isn't received by us. It's reversed by your bank or payment provider, according to their timelines.

Cashback is paid by sellers directly to their buyers. Progressra doesn't receive, hold or refund cashback. Questions about a cashback payment should go to the seller who issued the card.

There's no subscription to cancel and no cancellation fee. You can stop using CashbackDesk at any time, or ask us to close your account by email. Unused points aren't refunded when an account is closed. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
