Progressra provides software services (SaaS) to help sellers build and manage their online stores.

  • Subscription fees paid to Progressra are non-refundable
  • Once a plan is activated, refunds will not be issued for partial usage
  • Free trials, if offered, allow you to evaluate the platform before purchase

2. Seller Product Refunds

Progressra does not process or control refunds for products sold by sellers on the platform.

  • All product refunds are handled directly by the seller
  • Refund policies may vary by seller
  • Customers must contact the seller from whom they made the purchase

Progressra is not responsible for disputes between sellers and customers.

3. Payment Gateway Fees

  • Payment gateway charges (e.g., Razorpay fees) are non-refundable
  • Any taxes or third-party charges are not eligible for refunds

4. Account Termination

If your account is terminated:

  • No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods
  • You may access your data as per platform policies before closure

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment is made
  • A technical error occurs directly due to Progressra
