1. A digital service
CashbackDesk is an online software service. Progressra doesn't ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.
2. Delivery of points
Points are added to your Seller Center wallet as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
If points haven't appeared within 24 hours of a successful payment, email contact.progressra@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your payment ID, and we'll sort it out.
3. Delivery of cashback cards
Cashback cards are delivered digitally in Seller Center, as print-ready layouts and downloadable QR images. You print the cards yourself. We don't print or ship cards.
4. Account access
You can sign in to Seller Center as soon as you register. Our team verifies new accounts before they go live, and we'll contact you if we need more details.
5. Service area
CashbackDesk is offered to sellers based in India.
